Ruth and John Regan are a husband and wife team with, between us, over 40 years experience of organisation development.

Both of us have extensive senior management experience and have consulted widely with senior executive teams and boards across the private and public sectors.​

​

Ruth studied HR leadership practice at the University of Michigan and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). She has held several directorships and brings significant real life experience to her work with clients.

​

John is an organisation research and development specialist with a masters from Sheffield Business School.  He is a member of the British Psychological Society and a registered psychological tester. He's also a Fellow of ILM and has worked extensively in executive selection and development.
